Delegate PLUS is brought to you by Delegate, a free-to-use online platform that allows you to compare event vendors and packages as well as to book event services instantly.

Why Delegate PLUS?

Many of our clients are multi-taskers and do not have time to search for the ideal event vendor according to their specifications. After all, organising events or ordering flowers is not their main job!

Delegate PLUS cuts down the time needed for your RFP needs by finding the perfect event vendors according to your requests.

Can I buy Delegate PLUS memberships as a gift?

Yes! Contact us if you're interested in gifting your employees our memberships in bulk, or buying a membership for a friend.

How long does the Delegate PLUS membership last?

Delegate PLUS memberships are chargeable monthly. Please kindly note that we are unable to perform renewals of expired codes or extensions of validity. So use them soon!

My promo code does not work, what should I do?

Please ensure that you’ve entered the correct promo code and met all the necessary conditions of your code. If it still does not work, please contact our user happiness team and we will respond to your query as soon as possible.

How do I pay for a Delegate PLUS membership?

Simply select your preferred purchase bundle, add it to your cart, and proceed to make payment with your credit card.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change my order details?

Sure! Please contact us within 24 hours and we will assist you with your order.

What happens after checkout and payment?

Upon a successful purchase, you will receive:

  • a confirmation receipt of your order
  • an email with your membership details and how to start using your Delegate PLUS membership. If purchasing as a gift, simply key in your giftee’s email address and name in the checkout page and your giftee will receive the confirmations accordingly.

If I’m unable to fully maximise my membership, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds once your Delegate PLUS membership is activated.
